hebThe ACL Low NoX High Efficiency Combustion Burner Assembly includes the high aspiration mixer, venturi barrel and optimizer nozzle. This assembly provides high combustion efficiency, low emissions, and increased flame stability. The low emissions will significantly reduce additions to Ground Level Ozone. Increased Flame Stability will reduce the release of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds Un-Burnt Natural Gas).

ACL CSC 400

csc400The ACL CSC 400 Combustion Safety Control is a leading edge burner management system which provides burner ignition and flame fail for single or dual burner applications, as well as monitoring of three separate thermocouple inputs which can be utilized for temperature control in process applications such as tanks, line heaters, re-boilers or any other applications where accurate temperature monitoring and or control is required, and can be configured to be used on incinerators, combustors, and flare stacks. The CSC400 provides two 4-20 mA inputs and outputs for shutdown and transmitter requirements, as well as Modbus for communication and control.

csc200The ACL CSC 200 Combustion Safety Control is a simple to use Burner Management System/Combustion Safety Controller that has an abundance of features with no programming requirements needed. The ACL CSC200 provides burner ignition and flame fail, shutdown monitoring of multiple inputs, as well as monitoring of two separate thermocouple inputs which can be utilized for temperature control in process applications such as tanks, line-heaters, re-boilers or any other application where accurate temperature monitoring or control is required. The system is designed to operate with or without a continuous pilot. The ACL CSC200 has Modbus communication capabilities. The ACL CSC 200 meets and exceeds Canadian B149.3-10 CSA Standards US NFPA86 Guidelines.

tc200The ACL TC200 Electronic Temperature Controller is designed for accurate temperature monitoring, calibrating and control of industrial heating applications.
